  I have reached out to Memorial Funeral home over the last few weeks to try and get information regarding advance planning for a funeral. I spoke with Erin, one of the 2 directors and explained my situation. She was going to send me what she felt may help me in making some decisions That was 3 weeks ago. Since then I have left a message for her with Vivian with the promise that someone would get back to me by the next day as Erin was in a meeting. Never heard from her. I called again and left a message for John Russell, the second director to give me a call . Never got a call. Memorial has been the funeral home for the majority of our family burial services as far back as I can remember. Why they have not had the common decency to call back is beyond me. What I do know is that they are not the only funeral home in B-CS. Kim Surovik
